I first realized ebay was evil when they forced me to pay an 18 dollar fine on my 35 cent listing fee a year ago because THEY tried to charge a credit card I didn't have listed. A pox on them.

Yeah, I think ebay is going more for the big guys, and punishing the little ones. Kinda like the USPS wanting to do away with media mail overseas.
